Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from 199 Collective.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.  Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Photos may be requested.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@199collective.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are worn, washed, or not in original condition.
